As a seasoned banking, finance and securities legal practitioner, he has acted for various banks & financial institutions in preparing all forms of security documents and structuring complex syndicated loan facilities some whose subject value exceeded Kenya Shillings One Billion Five Hundred Million (Kshs. 1,500,000,000). Mr. Duke has acted for real estate companies, developers in structuring complex real estate developments, preparation & negotiation of sale agreements, leases, transfers, joint venture agreements and further oversees their proper and successful stamping, and registration formalities. Further, he has advised and acted for various real estate clients in the amalgamation, change of user and extension of the lease processes.
