Piemo is the firm’s Associate Advocate who works closely with the Partner in charge of Litigation and Dispute resolution. He specializes in Litigation & Dispute Resolution and undertakes general litigation matters: criminal litigation, civil litigation on commercial and industrial dispute matters, immigration law, family law and succession.

He has appeared and represented individuals and corporate clients before Tribunals such as Arbitral Tribunals & other alternative dispute resolution tribunals, Co-operative Tribunal, Business Premises Rent Tribunal and Rent Restriction Tribunal. He also undertakes debt collection and recovery matters for banks and private clients.

He has also acted for various real estate companies and developers both large scale and small scale in drafting, review of agreements for sale, leases and transfers and overseeing proper and successful stamping and registration formalities of the same. He also acted for various clients on the process of Subdivision, Amalgamation, Change of User and Extension of Leases.
