Ms. Mutisia is an advocate awaiting admission to the bar and is all hands in, serving all the departments of the firm and her responsibilities include the drafting of various commercial documents including contracts, leases, licences and joint venture agreements as well as litigation documents including plaints, submissions, certificates of urgency, defence and counterclaims, answers to petitions and cross petitions and replies to defence, submissions, affidavits, preliminary objections among others. She also undertakes extensive research and presentation of legal briefs and opinions ensuring optimal outcome for our clients in various aspects of law.
