Amalgamation and Lease Extensions: We provide advice and act on behalf of clients in matters such as amalgamation, change of use, and lease extensions.

Legal Advisory Services: We offer legal guidance on land use, land management, planning, and zoning laws in Kenya, as well as core land laws including the National Land Commission Act, the Land Act, and the Land Registration Act.
Apart from numerous individual sale and purchase transactions the Firm is currently handling the following development projects;
- The Firm has advised the structuring of a development in Ngong Town consisting of 24 residential units, hotel and conference facilities, thereby, handling the concept of time share ownership.
- The Firm acts for Ibton Company Limited in the preparation and registration of commercials leases in various commercial building and warehouses.
