- Corporate-Immigration Advisory and Representation: We advise and represent international clients in establishing legal entities for business operations in Kenya. This includes post- incorporation processes to ensure compliance with immigration laws, such as obtaining relevant business permits and work permits for foreign employees, securing necessary licenses and approvals from regulatory authorities, guiding clients in opening business bank accounts, and fulfilling tax registration requirements.
- Individual Immigration Services: We assist individual international clients with obtaining Alien Identity Cards, various passes (such as dependent passes, re-entry passes, and special passes), and permits (including work and residential permits).

The Firm has acted for various international clients in the corporate-immigration arena of law through setting up a subsidiary or branch company for foreign companies, registering a foreign company under the Laws of Kenya as well as registering a Business Name as legal vehicles to carry out business in Kenya.
